Hi everybody.

As you may have noticed, the site hasn’t been updated in over a week, and for that I apologize.  All three of us have been incredibly busy as of late — graeme with Hayfever (which has now finished its run), me with all manner of social things, and Beal . . . well, Beal’s busy doing whatever it is he does.

We do have something new to report though — we are now officially http://www.culturatti.com.  WordPress recently introduced the option of domain mapping, so we decided to take the leap.  Anyone who is already linked here does not need to worry about updating their links — the old ‘jagblog’ domain still works too, and will redirect here no problem.  But now we sound a lot more official, which is good.

And it only costs $15 a year, which is a great price (by the way — graeme and Beal, you both owe me $5).

So — obviously the next order of business is to get some new posts up as soon as possible.  I should have something up either tonight or tomorrow; I know Beal is working on a series of posts about the Pusan Film Festival which should be interesting (how’re those coming Mr. Beal?); plus, we’ve got the continuation of The Redoubtable Alan Moore still to come as well.

Time for us to get back to work.

$15 a year? That approximately 1.369863 cents a day each. Where am I gonna get that kind of money?

Pusan Fest is basically ready to go, I’m just waiting on an outsider to send me a few things, and then its day will come. Mark my words.

I will lend you 1.2 cents a day.

But you’ll have to come up with the rest. And bring me some kimchee.

So if I had been saving 1 cent a day from the time I was, say, ten, I could have saved $62.05 bucks over 17 years! And that’s not even counting interest!
But no, I’ve squandered those cents by spending needlessly on frivolities. And now look where I am. Damn my ten-year-old self! Damn him!
