Jamie Read - Winter PoplarDave H - Rocket LampHere we go — The Culturatti is now officially launched.

Thanks to everyone who came out on Saturday — it was a night of great art, great music, and, above all, great food. Much appreciation goes out to all the restaurants who supplied us with appetizers for the evening:

Frenchie - Piano Man Blues

Little India
255 Queen St. W.

Natural Sushi
714 Yonge St.

Sun Lok Chinese Restaurant
545 Yonge St.

Peach Garden Vietnamese Cuisine
45 Carlton St.

The Friendly Thai
678 Yonge St.

Kom Jug Yuen
371 Spadina Ave.

All the food was absolutely amazing — we can definitely recommend a great meal if you decide to make a visit to one of these places.

Now that we ‘officially’ exist, be on the lookout for The Culturatti in your neighbourhood — you never know where we might pop up.

Just a reminder that we are open for submissions from anyone and everyone. Saw, read or tasted something that you want to laud or trash? Check out the submission guidelines, whip something up and send it on over.

Are there any more pictures from the party? Borders and bosses prevented me from being there.

There actually aren’t too many more — I got so busy re-heating and distributing food as the night wore on I sort of forgot to take more pictures.

There are a couple of JamieR half-naked in the bathtub, painting the tree on the tiles, but I’m not sure if those are fit for public consumption.
